Hey BP members, Iv been scouring the web to find the best way to get probate leads and i can't seem to find much info.

Obviously I'm busy in the winter, due to ski season, but also in the summer, as WP is the 'Mountain Bike Capitol of the World', according to some.I advertise on VRBO.com, and I have my own web site (http://sasquatch.rentals) and social media pages too.

Or did they have a bad experience before, that the builder didn't care much about his reputation and took them 3 months to check on a bad leak?

Can I tell you about a story about losing a prospective couple who had plenty of time on their hands to surf the web and see if they could find me?  

Do you have any suggestions for a good real estate agent that I can work with along with a reputable property management company?

LOL We always spend more to do it all the right way knowing this pays off in the end thru quality and reputation.  

I routinely discount my commission to get listings but the buyers agent always gets 3% as I don't want my reputation ruined.

While the web site is a nice go-to for information, there isn't anything better served than speaking with municipality officials.

You will end up spending the same amount if you seek the service from a reputable attorney/CPA.You will also need an LLC in every state that you own property in unless you plan on registering as a foreign entity and you will still end up spending about the same amount.
