Listing Agent Fees

I have a agent/contact this is considering doing sales listing for a flat fee in the Phoenix market and am trying to help them gauge interest and get some marketing feedback.

If you are a flipper / volume seller in the Phoenix market:

-  Do you use an agent to buy property?

-  Do you sue the same agent to buy and sell?

-  What services do you expect from a listing agent?

-  What are you currently paying your listing agent and buyers agent when you sell?

-  What would you consider a good value for a Listing Agents Fee?  What would you offer to the buyers agent?

Keywords:  Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesad, Chandler
