They gave me only 25 lookups/month for the longest time, then I opened 22 escrows in one day and they upped it to 500/month lol.So I always look up random things like Ben Bernanke's house and the White House...Haven't title/escrow companies always thrown access at you and asked you to use their title report tool?

You can get a contractor to walk through with you, but I personally feel the weight of a home inspection report from an inspector is much more than any random contractor, for resell purpose.

While there i met a flipper/wholesaler and had a great conversation with him, then i made the biggest networking fail, I never got his contact info, feeling kind of down after the party and going back to work with my dad i got a random from the Flipper/ wholesaler asking me if I'd like to pick up a few hours and start to learn the trade.

Sometimes it's random, but look at each sale carefully as the range is fairly large (a 35k profit swing is monstrous in this price range).
