For a property that didn't involve an addition, about 4 months of rehab.Of course, some of our own homes we lived in 7 years and redid the kitchen, bathroom, painted nearly every room, mechanicals, exterior paint, etc.

Won't be guaranteed to be a rental but it's a start.You'll find it difficult to develop a tool that scrapes/pulls from those sites as they actively thwart those sorts of efforts through a number of mechanisms.
