Renter mail campaign

Anyone know how to find homes that are being rented-for a targeted mail campaign to likely buyers in the neighborhood?

My MLS has a mining tool for the homeowner info, house value, etc.

I’m wondering if there is a similar tool that pulls from Zillow rentals, apartments.com, etc? (If not, maybe this is worth developing...)
