Greetings,Just curious if anybody has done it and if it is legal.Does anybody who have rental properties in an LLC, take the cash flow they get each month and instead of increasing reserves or buying another property, just invest it in the stock market via the LLC?

If you are paying a premium you better make sure the tenant is really strong (typically Standard and Poor's) BBB- Investment grade rating or better.

High appreciation markets have higher rent growth.  2) prop 13 basically means property tax increases will be small (2%) regardless of the appreciation or rent growth.
