Thanks Jeff, Troy is kind of a haul for me, so I would prefer to find one in the Flint or Brighton area, maybe Ann Arbor, but when I did a search as you suggested, I didn't see anything jump out at me in those areas.

If you ever sell it, there is really no financing available to an owner occupant, you'll need a cash buyer.As David mentioned, old trailers are free, haul offs.Rent it?
