Doubtful that you'll find a VA that can do anything for you in AdWords.Direct mail works but not to general owner occupants.

Not trying to be a sore loser, and I doubt there is anything I can do about it but be frustrated but I figured I would ask the question.

I'll give the agent the benefit of doubt of trying to sound professional when he doesn't understand the marketplace to begin with.

It is doubtful we would have done any of these deals without the training we received and the connections we made through out mentor program.I wil also say this- we are active in our mentor program, we go to the seminars and have been to a weekend retreat.  

I doubt it.
