With an umbrella policy, what is the danger in doing everything in my personal name if i did the lease in our personal name?

Why would anyone want a dangerous breed of dog?

The areas I am currently in do not appear to be nearly as gnarly, dangerous or old as the other 30k buy priced markets I have noticed others in.

If someone comes home with traumatic distress, could that individual be dangerous and what could be my possible liabilities....

I believe the unknown if terrifying dangerous or benign.

You can clearly make the distinction as Investing as a career (i.e. a lifetime occupation) and the relationship between Skills and Money.Too often, I see new wholesalers, new Realtors® and newer investors going out to "do battle" with the pro's with great intentions, and a few hundred bucks to throw at mailings.  

Neither city has "dangerous" areas....just different levels of desirability.

Seriously, this $h*t is dangerous, so if you cannot read wiring, etc, it is a really really good idea to talk to a good reputable contractor in the business, and maybe even hire them.
