You can clearly make the distinction as Investing as a career (i.e. a lifetime occupation) and the relationship between Skills and Money.Too often, I see new wholesalers, new Realtors® and newer investors going out to "do battle" with the pro's with great intentions, and a few hundred bucks to throw at mailings.

Seriously, this $h*t is dangerous, so if you cannot read wiring, etc, it is a really really good idea to talk to a good reputable contractor in the business, and maybe even hire them.
