For podcasts I really like the House Hacking episodes on Bigger Pockets Podcast and other channels.

The overall goal of contacting the borrower was to implement the strategies put forth by @Dave Van Horn in podcast episode #28 to get the note performing again.I am a new investor in the note space and until I get more experience I'll leave collections up to licensed proffesionals as I am not experienced in navigating the lawful landscape.

I would look into that.For resources I really like the following House Hacking episodes on Bigger Pockets Podcast: #352, #252, #350, and #249.

I've read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" obviously and I'm about to finish "Flip Your Future" by Ryan Pineda from one of my favorite podcast episodes.

It felt a bit like when you only ever watch a show twice and the second time it's the same episode you've already seen.

I would love a BP book list that lists the episode it was mentioned, what type of book and following the USMC format of listing by rank, a separate section list by newbie to pro.

But after this episode we are going to sell the house and get out of the rental business.

Episode #371 would probably be best to start but #481 is good too. :-)
