I’m listening to real estate Audio books, and BP podcasts, and I’m looking to buy my first duplex property below market value as a house hack.

My sister in law is a costumer for movies and gets sent all over the world on the studios dime; gets paid with no expenses what so ever.

In regards to real estate, I have gained as much book/audio/podcast/workshop knowledge humanly possible without actually getting started.

I have enjoyed the benefits of running a very successful Airbnb in the other unit, which is just a simple 500 square foot studio.

This 3/2 has the added bonus of a fully refurbished garage studio (1/1) with a private entrance and an outdoor space.

He'll be coming in December / January and he wants to rent a studio or a small apartment where he can live alone with comfort.I want to know what's the price average there right now and if someone would like to help him out in his house search.Thanks!!
