Hello everyone I am a 25 year old aspiring millionaire looking to build a rental property empire. I’m looking for the best possible investments in the New Jersey area, and the best knowledgeable investors I can network with! I’m listening to real estate Audio books, and BP podcasts, and I’m looking to buy my first duplex property below market value as a house hack. I plan to use the Brrr method, and repeat the process, until I can become financially free and set for life!
