Hello! My name is Hugo Laranjeira and I'm a real estate broker and investor in Lisbon. A friend of mine is coming to Troy, Albany for his PhD and he asked me for help regarding his future house there. He'll be coming in December / January and he wants to rent a studio or a small apartment where he can live alone with comfort. I want to know what's the price average there right now and if someone would like to help him out in his house search. Thanks!!
