The engineer doesn't care about the perc rate, unless he's designing your septic system.

Took  a couple guys and started my own remodeling design company. 

Unfortunately I haven't been able to actively practice real estate while keeping a full-time job, so this will be new to me.My questions:- Will a company be willing to hire someone with no experience in real estate, but 5 years in electrical designing and 3 years power plant engineering?

Instead, try creating a personal web page and put together a new business card (hirebythehour.com can be a cheap effective way to get a great design).

Sec. 8 obviates the entire mortgage balance in 4 to 5 years if you rent to their grant's designated tenancy profile without deviating. they also allow you to flip the building to the tenants profitably out of the box---if you (again) don't deviate from your chosen grant authorization's guidelines & tenant parameters. their main type of tenancy features a training component.

Europe continues  have problems caused largely by their poorly designed monetary system the Euro as a shared currency.

I would look to see if they are members of IBA (Trusted Choice logo) and if they have designations like CIC or CPCU.

Find someone with a CCIM designation, and you should be in excellent hands.

So is this heat lines in boiler that are freezing..If so we would use a product called POLY GLYCO we got it from our heating supply contractor,, 5 gallon jugs, we consulted with them as to how much to add to our boiler system, this is a anti freeze type liquid that works wonders in old farm houses, and like ours a real badly designed, under insulated motel style building 24 units,, our pipe would freeze and split open like crazy..
