Arms and the 6 month libor.
Hello,
Does anyone know what causes the 6 month libor to go up or down. I have a mortgage that has been based on the 6 month libor. It has been at record lows for the pasty few years and I have seen it steadily increasing. Is there anyone to gauge it or predict where it may be headed. I would like to be prepared as much as possible.
thanks
