Be very careful of some of the one stop shops, especially if you are an out of state investor or don't live in Indy.

It might be worth the effort to go shopping for new loans.

This was a well-maintained corner-lot home in a good school district within walking distance to an ice cream shop, a brewery and a cafe.

Me and the guys in the maintenance shop are reading this and uncontrollably laughing!!

Think farms, auto mechanics, small construction companies, welding shops,electricians, plumbers, boat mechanics all need entry level help around their shops.
