There is still a very big traditional market, but i believe that companies will be spending less and less on traditional adverting such as radio and tv ads due to things such as the DVR and Pandora/iTunes.

TV and internet is out!

These are the people we should be plastering on TV to tell their stories, not the celebretards/celebresluts everybody idolizes and obsesses over right now.

In fact, they are part to blame as they help promote the TV infomercial crooks who have added to the detriment of our good name.Take this for example: Investor buys run down home, vacant, with weeds as high as the roof.

Every solicitation for business (tv, radio, billboards, google search, YouTube ads, the side of a bus) has more reach than my one text and you can easily block my future solicitations. 

I'm a big believer in buy and hold, and most people use the excuse of losing money on a few minor things to do that correctly at high efficiency, so they never get started or get discouraged and go back to watching TV for 4 hours each night.

Like I said, probably more made-for-tv.

TV is GREAT however the cost is outside of most investors budget and its a long term play as it is absolutely brand building.
