So, I started looking for ways to generate passive income which led me to real estate investing and I was quickly referred to BP.I started by listening to the BP podcast (multiple episodes per day on 1.5x speed) and creating a list of topics to dig further into.

The city is enforcing all Airbnb complaints/issues with lightning speed.

Poor internet connectivity - Some parts of the world have poor internet speeds and reliabilty.

To speed up here, I found homes anywhere from knocking on doors, networking, realtors, word of mouth, and writing letters.

I think #1 is speed.

I’m actually trying to speed up that process currently.

Generally, no nightmares, because I told all potential tenants right up front, “I am calling your prior landlords, I will not accept any evictions or criminal background more than the occasional speeding ticket”.

If your lucky the price will be based off the low rents and you'll increase value by just getting a better lease in play.... and bonus points if the landlord is just over it and your speed will be even more valuable. 

They may care about price, certainty of closing, high earnest money deposit, speed of closing or something else entirely.
