My name is David Shea and I'm fairly new to Bigger Pockets. I work for an acquisitions firm here in Los Angeles, CA that connects investors with exclusive and mostly off-market deals. Before this, however, I worked in full scale investments for a high-end flipper and developer based out of Beverly Hills. My goals in real estate are to increase my network and access to deals as collaboration is the name of the game!
