My name is David Shea and I'm fairly new to Bigger Pockets. I work for an acquisitions firm here in Los Angeles, CA that connects investors with exclusive and mostly off-market deals. Before this, however, I worked in full scale investments for a high-end flipper and developer based out of Beverly Hills.
