I plan on listing the property for sale 1 to 2 weeks before completing the rehab.What are my options?

I say RE hold less than 5 years to look at other options.  

My other options would be to Airbnb it (property close to Morgan State, JHH, and more) or rent it out to a regular or student tenant.

I am not sure of the laws for NYC, but that may not even be a legal option depending on their restrictions. 

A bridge loan might be your best option here.
