Yes you can use an out of town company, email documents, and have them send a mobile closer to you for closings.I do some of my transactions this way.

Things were more casual in general in those days.Although I  recently looked at a property in Florida, which was secluded but right next to a very upscale gated community, and the owners had an illegal duplex, three mobile homes and some ratty sheds here and there - all rented to various different people.

It's portable and an easy self install, and you can just log into the service website and change the address as you move the unit around so that they know what property is currently alarmed.
