Marketing a Property

Quick question for you: What is the best way to go about advertising/marketing a property? i have a couple of properties right now that are on MLS, but where else can i go to get the word out about them? Facebook? Craig's List?

To be more specific my properties are in San Antonio and I would like to reach as many potential buyers as possible. I am not fond of the open house idea, unless I am missing something.

Any info will definitely help...

keep in mind things like price, photos, and description plays a role in gaining interest in your property.

Price - are you priced too high for the area or too low where people start to wonder "what's wrong with the place?"

Photos - is it a blurry smart phone photo your using vs a professional photo. Sure the professional photos cost money but how much are you losing a day on the property the longer it stays vacant? You can always find a photography student a local college who wants to build a portfolio if cost is a concern.

Description - 3bed 2 bath for rent/sale vs imagine living two blocks away from Popular Park.
