The guest house has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, family room, and another large room (I've thought that could be converted into bunk house type sleeping for kids)Between the two it could accommodate probably 20 people easily, in a great country atmosphere.

Without knowing what part of Indiana you are in some other recommendations for flyers would be your local wal mart, your community college, a larger employer in the area or the ups store.Once your online ads are done, and your getting about town putting up a few flyers, feel free to personally invite some people to come out and look at the house... like policemen, fire, the folks at your bank, or the grocery store to name a few.Good luck!

You can share calendars, assign permission levels, check availabilities, send invitations and reminders...and probably do lots more.

So I reached out to my cousin who explained to me that our Childhood friend Anthony LOLLI has a real estate company called RAPID REALTY and their making some serious money renting apartments, he invited me down to the offfice which I now ironicly own but at the time it was the 1st and only Rapid Realty office, I took one look inside and I was In Love!!

They break in you can try and have them arrested.Taking a door off would invite everyone else to strip everything from the building or unit and you would just have new squatters to evict.
