Property Management Trade Association

Hi everyone

There are a couple of trade associations for property managers and one that focuses on single family residential. Are these worth while? Have you gone to their annual trade association meeting, and was it worth the investment in time and money? Any input would be appreciated.

I agree with @Nathan Gesner, I have attended the NARPM owner/broker retreat in Vegas 3 of the last 4 years and every year I take a few things and apply them to my business. It is a great way to continue to improve and progress. It is a great platform to learn from some of the best in the business.
