New to Realistate, I found we have access to free information and books are inexpensive.

I've found luck obtaining information/licensing requirements first on the county's website under zoning, and then reaching out to the specific town/city and verifying any further requirements they may have over the county's.

I absorb information very fast and have gone through a good chunk of course work and books in just a short time.I am ready to start looking for deals.

A lot of information on here is geared to the US, but there is a decent group of Canadians on here too.

I continue to find a lot of useful information on what it is to wholesale a deal but my biggest obstacle is knowing what a good deal looks like.
