My experience is that a HELOC is much easier to obtain on a primary residence and challenging to obtain on a rental.

I think its very interesting to see developers like National Real Estate who are wrapping up the 15 story development on 2nd and Spring Garden saying their next project on Spring Garden is simple a matter of time.

Lender was good, but I also have little experience with lenders, so none that I would fully endorse at this time.
