I think you will find that BP is a good resource to promote yourself and your services.

I understand you want to pump the area and the values up, but this is the city that pump and dump promoters screwed 100’s if not 1000’s of previous out of state (and out of the country) investors out of their money.

To rebrand the area, you've got to magnetize it... meaning it needs your promotional efforts, design, vision casting, and passion.

I know some crowdfunding offers certain rewards but those are usually youtube promotions that have some sort of content that people might want merch for.

You can sell to an investor and promote cash flow, if your concern is showings you will have to give prospective buyers notice to let tenants know 24hrs in advance.

The numbers on these can look enticing but don’t always work out like that.
