Hello Everyone. I'm inquiring about PIP Group/Vision Tax Lien Services. In a nutshell here is the story: I'm a wholesaler, found a house on Zilllow at a cheap price for that neighborhood, inquired about it and was told the house was foreclosed, which I figured. The owners were the above named company. I've talked with a representative there. Went to look at the home and it was in very bad condition on the outside. Couldn't get in although they thought the doors were unlocked. I told them of the condition of the exterior and that it wouldn't be a good wholesale deal at that price. I was ready to walk away. They were willing to lower it down to 20k. Today, something told me to Google the group and I came across a podcast about them bring a scam. Wanted to hear from the folks here their thoughts. The price is great for me and any potential buyer but I'm NOT willing to do a deal where the buyer may get shafted in the end. That's bad business for me, Thoughts?

Kim Ford just make sure all payments such as earnest money deposit should be made to YOUR title company.
