Ok yes that’s what I’m planning on doing... it’s a big enough and a true apartment building not a residential home conversion so I believe it’s all above board, just getting into the due diligence. 

The vacation rental market here has been pretty crazy in the past few years so I've seen lots of houses that have been converted in ways to become airBnB rentals + primary residences (spaces above garages, add-ons, basement conversions, etc).

From the conversations I've had, one of the main benefits appears to be the ability to supply a secondary market for shares issued through a syndication.

We started conversations with our PM and a realtor back in Feb to line things up to sell this summer, then COVID hit.

For all VAs for cold calling, you want to have a conversation before hiring and also have them cold call you once. 

I would be happy to have a conversation so that maybe an alternative opinion or second set of eyes would provide some valuable insight. 

The conversation you want to have monthly with your prop mgr is: "What are the x things we're going to do this month to increase NOI."
