Ok yes that’s what I’m planning on doing... it’s a big enough and a true apartment building not a residential home conversion so I believe it’s all above board, just getting into the due diligence.

The vacation rental market here has been pretty crazy in the past few years so I've seen lots of houses that have been converted in ways to become airBnB rentals + primary residences (spaces above garages, add-ons, basement conversions, etc).
