FHA Loan requirements

I am writing to try to start a thread about the current and future lending standards in the mortgage world. I would love to know what FHA loan requirements lenders are asking for currently (i.e. what credit score, debt to income, when is the employment verification done). Due to the current status of the economy and potential of a continued recession, I want to create a conversation to see how lending changes over time. I foresee a large group of investors who have been stashing cash while the market was at an all time high in recent years trying to buy their first homes. Thank you for any thoughts you have!
