Go look into the EPA requirements for watershed protection and tell me if you ever want to just casually dig a footing again.If you're just flipping a few houses a year, it's a lot better (and probably cheaper) to hire a good contractor than it is to become your own contractor.

Obamacare was too expensive for the whole family coverage (mind you, my W2 job didn’t qualify me for a discount rate) and although CHM was cheaper it only covers major medical (without guarantee either), and no coverage for pharmacy, annual physical or instacare clinic.

I have (4) properties with a total of (15) TV's and the only downside is having to enable the ROKU stations and updates, but it's WAY cheaper than the overpriced cable/satellite providers.
