They'd have to print it out, complete it, then scan it (or take a photo of it) and send it back to me.

Also I'd like to offer a quick tip; use an app like Canva to put text of your listing's title in the cover photo.

You could ask to see some photo id when they sign the lease. 

Pre screen over phone and text, schedule group showings only with those that qualify, review applications/call references/verify employment/background & credit checks, approve & sign the lease, get the move in fee or security deposit from tenant, schedule the move in date and take photos before they move in.

(also import to note is part of their sale is every 60 day property visit and photos updated on Buildum site...they have never posted one picture in 11 months). 

You could always get professional photos taken, which you can use for LTR or MTR, and then have them virtually staged and post on Furnished Finder.

We added a bathroom to the second story, new roof, new wiring, new duct work, all new plumbing, re-framed the second story, etc.I have before and after photos of the flip and can link to the sold listing if anyone is interested in looking (not sure if that's OK or not). 

Example: If your scope of work says "Tear off and replace roof" and your appraisals states there is a shingle missing, you must also update your scope of work to show "replace missing shingle referenced in photo XXX". 

I start with photos and also have my real estate agent visit the property at this point.
