Far too many simply believe their biggest issue will be finding the money to invest.

I highly suggest using BP - lots of podcasts, great forums, etc. here - a great place to get ideas and questions answered.I also suggest checking out the local investment clubs - the biggest two are Pittsburgh REIA and ACRE.

I am going through some analysis-paralysis and second-guessing myself, as this will be one of the biggest financial decisions my husband and I will be making - aside from buying our primary residence - which I wish we could do all over again with what I now know.

I am living in my second VA currently.)You would have to move into the second property since for VA you have to be purchasing a home to live in but there is nothing from my process that indicates you have to commit to staying there for a specific time forever.So depending on how much you can get approved for after your 1st, buy the biggest MF you can on the 2nd.

I think your biggest challenge is deciding what you want to achieve.

The biggest thing is just to get started.  

@Raymond McGill  agreed.. one of the biggest disservice to those starting out is the thought process that anyone can do this.. and you need little to no money... can you get lucky of course will 95% spend their last dime or go  into debt on guru type stuff you bet.... then for the next decade be stuck worse than they are today.I got into RE at 18 selling it....

I have read the information analysis paralysis article and do not want to get stuck and not take action.I guess my biggest question is, what got you past the information overload and made you just jump into the investing world?
