What if a NSBAR agent is working with a client that already has the CAR lease in their possession?

Acquired a property through adverse possession.

A place you can look up peoples public criminal records including evictions/possession and other things that some of these screening services can miss. 

Would NOT recommend using any type of standard lease though as they are not meant to address your planned co-living arrangement.Some issues not usually in a standard lease you would want to address:1) Overnight guests2) Parking3) Utilities4) Sharing of common areas and do you want any areas off limits.5) Guests & parties6) Use of and damages to your furniture, etc.Also, how will you secure your personal bedroom and other possessions?

Finally got the judgment, does anyone know how long it takes in San Diego to get your Writ of Possession.

For future reference, a writ of possession must be executed within 30 days. 

If you are planning to buy fix and flip properties and or small rental assets that don't possess heavy rehabilitation budgets where you are collecting the construction management fees it's very difficult to make the transition without a sizeable amount saved to cover living expenses.

The tenant also gets some cash to help with the move which they will desperately need.You get date certainty as to when you will get possession back. 

I thought the whole general advantage to CFD was at least a slightly easier process for taking possession of the property if the Buyer defaults; a process sort of mirroring the eviction process, unless the state forces you to go through a standard foreclosure process.Also, my earlier question about baking language into the contract that guarantees the Buyer's interest through our existing title policy was meant for getting one of our current properties under CFD. 

Are these for when I move out, or would I also need to take these into account when we would take possession?
