*shrug* The kind where if you have a small load then you only have to wash the top half and save water, and the larger bottom half is for full, large loads.

I take very careful care of it, keep it washed.

Storm water drain system gets impacted because sometimes the asphalt shingle aggregate gets washed into the system. 

I used the coffeemaker to get hot water for washing dishes. 

Another tip is to shut off outdoor faucets to avoid car washing etc.That being said at a leak causing increased billing I would think has to be after the meter.
