Any One Doing Anything with "Tiny" Houses and Having Success?

Anyone investing in, building or selling "Tiny" Houses? I know it is a relatively new concept, but just wondering if there are investors out there doing anything with these homes? Not that I will be, just curious? I couldn't live that way, but it would  possibly be a great concept for buy and hold properties, in relatively good areas...... Instead of trailer parks...... What about "tiny" house? Parks?

@Jerry Padilla

 @Anya K. Thanks Jerry for the post! I am a huge tiny house enthusiast and am exploring a build in the bay area of CA for a tiny house village/park. In this area there is a big demand for it (though of course regulations are still a challenge). A village is going in around Sonoma, CA, but there is big need for one in the Bay. For example, there are meetup groups about tiny houses with hundreds of people, and there is one event being held by some folks thinking of building a tiny house village in the Richmond area, and the talk itself already has a waiting list of over 50 people. And yes - renting them is just as interesting as owning I'd say - if you have airbnb, check out this tiny house rental, at $1,600 a month, not too shabby: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/289942
