If similar properties around yours have high occupancy rates, you need to visit your property and make sure the property and units are actually in great shape (check on cleanliness, repair needs and curb appeal).

Many are older homes that would be far more appealing to rent or buy if they had a second bathroom.  

Notwithstanding any other provision, people with visual, hearing and physical disabilities may keep certified service animals.
