FL Investors, which RE laws are most frustrating, beneficial?
Hi all,
I'm from Orlando and am beginning my career as an investor. Specifically exploring the best cities for flipping single family properties at 100k price point in the Central Florida area (or within an hour's driving distance.)
Curious to know what some of the most appealing or most frustrating laws are for investors when it comes to real estate in FL. I've heard that at one point, investors were required to hold properties for 3 months before reselling. Any input or guidance is welcome!
