Buying lots as a sub division is starting off is usually a good buy,but only if the builder is successful, it can easily go the other direction.Look to the buillder(s) involved, their record and what might make that development unique in the market.

If you have high bills then you need to cut things out cable, fancy clothes, toys, etc.Go down to the bare bones and live well below your means and then as you experience success start adding things back in slowly but still live a modest lifestyle compared to your income and invest the rest.The goal is to eventually have so much money then you live a very nice lifestyle but it still only represents a fraction of your wealth and each year it grows bigger and bigger.Most just spend all the money they make and have hardly anything to show for it.

Most 'seasoned' investors, builders, developers, etc. are more than happy to pass along whatever we can to those coming up in the business.Also, don't sell yourself short, though many of us may have years, dare I say decades on you as far as the business, there's things that your generation are uniquely adept at that comes easily to you, and that we have a harder time of keeping up with, technology!

So SEO wise you want to be set up for Google's search engine to get the most traffic.Google puts very little on the EMD now and more about the unique relevant content for the keyword being searched.
