Invest in markets like Cleveland or Dayton where you can still cashflow with a PM in place

Well, I’ve done my homework, and I’m convinced that real estate is where the magic happens.

I think it will get up above 6 months soon and may rise even further towards the end of the year pushing us into buyer market territory where prices fall.There are more available rentals on the market than there would normally be at this time of year.

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to go to open a LLC? 

.- Lived in it for a year, then moved out to rent elsewhere (where I currently live).- Rent was $1,750/month, but the mortgage was $1,900/month, plus an HOA fee of $360/month.- This meant I was out of pocket $510 each month.Fire Incident:- In November 2022, a fire in the unit above caused water damage to my unit.
