It is sad that I feel the need to write this disclaimer, but it is just a byproduct of what our society has become!

Sadly many lenders don't even know that they can't finance an LLC until well along in the process.

Sad but true so just safeguard yourself and your properties.

All mine are LA county distributed over about 4 cities.I used google maps to identify my lots sadly most of the ones I chose and were really interested were gone by the day of the auction.

Some have made it work, but I've seen more sad endings than happy ones.

For me it was great, sad to say.  

Sad part is thousands will respond with their bank info to this scam 😡Check the IP of the SMTP server and report it to their ISP.

Sadly even the bad neighborhoods now have houses at $100K.

What else is sad is how the quality of the schools has gone down since graduating there in '98. 

I can't tell you how many loan originators I've worked with that would shock me if they could point out which thing on their desk was a mouse and which a keyboard.If you provided all of the pertinent information and the lender knows what they are doing, they should be able to tell you up front that your max LTV is going to be 75%...sadly that's not how the industry works.
