For example my properties in California are about 2.75, and my houses in Ohio are about 2.25, but again relatively minor locality differences, property status and grandfather rules (if they apply) can greatly skew numbers for homes relatively close to each other.

In Texas as per MLS rules you cannot put a property for sale unless you have ownership interest or you allow you agent to do so.Wholesalers do not have ownership in the property and is only assigning the contract, therefore cannot list the property on MLS - at least in Texas.

I picture this more like a deed restriction than a recorded document that would be cleaned up on title prior to the first transfer after recording the right of first refusal.Anyone have any experience with something like this?
