Should I just be honest and say that I got their name from a listing agency that shows owners that don't occupy the homes??

Is this something that can be handed off to a collection agency and hope that getting anything is better than nothing?

Looking into wholesaling mobile homes and have a few questions1.

I know I want to start out investing my self directed IRA in Mobile Homes (i.e. the Lonnie Deals), and at first it looked like I wasn't going to be able to do it because of SAFE act in Indiana (That's where I want to do this investing).

Not sure of your family situation or how mobile you can be but I think you could have a ball with this approach.Not sure if a 2-fam can be considered a primary residence but there are huge tax benefits when you sell your primary after living there a certain amount of time.

We even got a new regulatory agency out of it all!
