a judge is going to see that. 6th, get a home inspection. hire an inspector with a mold certification. have him do a complete home inspection WITH testing on anything he feels may be mold. then, take that report back into court with you. thats a professional opinion that will hold more weight in court than anything your former tenant can bring to court. plus, if you are serious about selling the house, you just saved your prospective buyer $400 for their home inspection. lastly, counter sue the people for damages to the house. there is no way that the $1000 will cover all the clean up and damages. you would be surprised how quick they drop their suit when they are hit with one themselves. good luck

and big name folks that have lots of jobs as references for u to look at will be less flexible cuz they've already established a reputation.make sure its guaranteed for many years and u inspect firmness regularly as gates/fences can fall down and hurt/KILL pets or kids etc. thats why aluminum is smarter cuz its somewhat lighter than iron/steel.also make sure up front that if installer wants to leave his logo on it, that its small and also that u get a discount for it too. good bargaining chip!

Like this:http://www.bathauthority.com/images/shower/Doors/b...Just adding the bathtub shower doors might work, but if you also changed the tub to a white one, I think it would break up all that brown, and look nicer.Another cheap fix might be to change out the linoleum to a lighter design with a lot of white, if the flooring is linoleum.

Our tenants know that kind of landlord 'flexibility' is hard to find and they reward us by staying and staying and making good on those payment plans.Only 5% of the housing stock in Akron has been built in the last 20 years and it's unlikely to improve since we are still very slightly declining or flat in population growth.and lastly there is a HUGE shortage of affordable housing (and an even bigger shortage of 'decent' affordable housing), especially since 2008 when the market was decimated and so many properties were torn down.Anyways, I sure hope I'm right because my portfolio is heavily weighted with 'C/D' one bedrooms.

some sub floors are lighter then others so a good underlay and Carpet in dry areas should help to reduce the noise.
