It was relatively cheap for me but labor intensive. still looks good, though..

Do you pay them monthly, lump sum....I assume it's whatever you work out with them.

Hello Eddie,  First off, good luck with the deal I hope things workout the way you need them to,  it sounds like you have your heart in the right place trying to help out family.  

You'd be surprised what you can work out with those types of banks. 

Nice to hear that you are family oriented and have managed to work out and in your home.

Now I havent heard of anything, the home my husband and I live in is owned solely by my husband, and I have an apartment that I rent 5 hours away from home as I work out of town and cannot travel every day.

I have purchased from a lot of motivated sellers who bought together when it didn't work out.  

The area isn't one of those areas that people would want to vacation to and I personally am not able to handle something so management intensive.
