im new to real estate investing. I was a stay at home mom for 15yrs before  re entering the workforce where I worked my way quickly from a coffee server on an evening shift at a coffee cafe chain to being the operations manager over two locations overseeing about 40 employees. Not wanting to be away from my still growing up family I left that position and currently bake overnights for a local grocery chain. I'm looking to begin investing in buy and hold properties because I do not see retirement in my current financial future and because real estate and managing has always been an interest of mine. I plan on having two multi units before March of  2016 my one year anniversary of beginning my real estate journey. I believe this will be a difficult goal but all difficult endeavors  ive found to be beneficial and worth the time and effort.
