@Joe HomsI wouldn’t get too excited it still has a long way to go and I would never have AI create a legal document without having a human review the agreement as I always want the person who wrote it defend me in court if it’s ever challenged

@Jessica Wainscott We used cleanings on longer stays as an excuse to get in there and make sure trash was out of the unit, no dead bodies, and things were generally good to go.I imagine it just depends on your clientele.
