Hey guys,

Im new in the industry , I dont have 2 years tax return i have only 1 year so far, and my s corp business open 1 year only.

I had really good income in 2022 so i have money in my account but i dont want to put full cash on something , i prefer to buy 3 properties with this cash. Thats my only problem that my credit is only 10months , business open a year only.. so im limited.

My strategy is BRRRR so remodel is part of my investment. so i want loan on the remodel also and also for the house

What type of loan you think i can get approved? and with how much down payments ? Happy for advice

Another questions: is good to take a lender from same state i live or from same state im investing in? it is matters ?

@Alon A. Like others mentioned there are some DSCR products that will work fine for your plan, another option would to buy outright and obtain LOC on the properties. All of this will be really depend on your situation. I would hit up a few lenders that work with more than one DSCR product, and also a few regional banks and let them know what you are looking to do. They may also lend if your numbers and record is good from their portfolio.

Best of luck!
