I attended a one-day free class offered by Fortune builders I got some pretty good information and I also see that it takes lots of money to start in this business like any other but I want to believe that it is doable for me which is what I left that meeting believing.

My offer certainly fit in that box as there was an identical bank owned property in worse shape listed at 99k around the corner.However, good fortune for me cause 10 days later homesearch told me the bank accepted my offer.
