Just finished it up today .

You couldn't buy a lot and build the same size house to the point of just needing siding, windows, paint, flooring, kitchen, bathroom and finish landscaping for $80,000.

Real Estate Goals:We are currently striving to continue buying real estate for passive income through the buy and hold strategy while my wife finishes her Army career over the next 9 years.

She means well, but she is frequently paying late fees on late rent and I could not just send her a bill for $376.50 and expect her to be able pay it.I hope that adds some clarity to the situation.Thank you!

Hi everyone, I'm currently looking at a ~1100 sqft 2 bed 1 bath townhouse with a finished basement in a B-class neighborhood. 

Is the market good in there, I’m thinking about finishing the real estate course, apply for a license and try to work as a sales agent and eventually be a broker/investor when I have the money!

I finished up a manufactured home flip last year and I agree with Greg about doing cheap laminate and carpet in the bedrooms.
